Our Story

Where time slows
and flavour speaks.

Chef Marco Rossi grew up in a fishing village outside Naples, where cooking was not a profession but a liturgy. After stagéing at Noma and spending three seasons in Japan, he arrived in Bucharest in 2019 with a single obsession: to let each ingredient speak in its own voice.

EPOCH is Bucharest's only dedicated tasting menu experience — seven courses that follow the arc of an evening, from curiosity to wonder to memory.
